About the Opportunity:
Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) providing essential care services to patients in Concord, NH. This is a full-time contract position where CNAs assist with daily living activities, monitor patient conditions, and communicate effectively with both patients and the healthcare team.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $17.33 to $20.48 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Job Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and health concerns.
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans.
- Support patient mobility and provide basic therapeutic exercises.
