About the Opportunity:
The position as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) involves providing direct patient care and supporting patients with daily activities to enhance their comfort and well-being. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $18.43 to $21.78 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal assistance.
- Provide support and companionship to patients.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, noting any changes in condition.
Job Requirements:
- Current CNA certification in the state of Vermont.
- Minimum of one year experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to the facility.
