About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position provides essential care services to patients, including assisting with daily living activities and ensuring patient comfort. CNAs collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and maintain a supportive care environment.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $17.33 to $20.48 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient care activities under the supervision of nursing staff.
- Provide assistance with personal hygiene and mobility.
- Collaborate with nursing and medical teams to support care plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report changes to nursing staff.
- Stay informed on best practices in patient care and safety standards.
Job Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
