About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled speech-language therapy services to patients in a part-time contract role. Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create effective care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $42.90 to $50.70 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide direct therapy and education to patients and families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Stay informed on current research and practices in speech-language pathology.
Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Census Management experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
