About the Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver quality care to patients in Silver City, NM. This is a full-time contract position. As an LPN, you provide direct patient care, assist in the evaluation and implementation of patient care plans, and support the healthcare team in delivering comprehensive healthcare services.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $27.23 to $32.18 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and assist in creating personalized care plans.
- Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Stay informed on current nursing procedures and practices.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
