About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position provides essential nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a collaborative healthcare environment. The role involves administering medications, assisting with daily patient activities, and providing emotional support to patients and families.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $24.06 to $28.44 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Conduct nursing assessments and document patient care activities.
- Assist with daily patient activities and report changes to the registered nurse.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and record patient progress and communicate findings.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
