About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position provides essential nursing care to patients, focusing on promoting health and wellness. The LPN supports patient care by performing routine tasks such as administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting in patient education. The role involves working closely with physicians and other healthcare staff to ensure high-quality care.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $25.99 to $30.71 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and collaborate on care plans.
- Provide prescribed medications and necessary treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
