About the Opportunity:
In this role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you provide compassionate care to patients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $28.05 to $33.15 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide medication administration and monitor patient response.
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately and timely.
- Stay informed on current practices and updates in patient care.
Job Requirements:
- Valid LPN certification/licensure.
- Experience with Point-Click-Care.
- Minimum of one year experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
