About the Opportunity:
This position involves providing high-quality care to patients as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $25.03 to $29.58 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
- Provide medication administration and patient education.
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes to the care team.
- Stay informed on the latest nursing practices and developments.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN certification or degree.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Proficiency in medication administration and patient care skills.
