About the Opportunity:
The RN in Obstetrics provides comprehensive care for patients in a hospital setting, focusing on obstetrics and high-risk cases. This role requires flexibility to work varying shifts, including days, nights, and one full weekend shift per month. The position involves a minimum commitment of 36+ hours per week, typically spread over 3-4 shifts. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $146.30 to $172.90 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create comprehensive care plans for obstetric patients.
- Provide patient education and support during labor and delivery.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and any changes in condition.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in a hospital setting with current OB experience.
- Must be comfortable managing high-risk OB cases.
- Flexibility to cover various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and OB/OR.
- Level I Trauma Center experience preferred.
- Relevant certifications and licensure as required.
