About the Opportunity:
This role involves providing care to patients in the operating room setting, including circulating and scrubbing. It includes variable 8/10-hour day shifts from Monday to Friday with call requirements. This is a full-time contract position. The estimated base pay for these positions are $56.65 to $66.95 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and creating care plans for surgical patients.
- Providing support during surgeries, and assisting with scrubbing and circulating duties.
- Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to coordinate care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress throughout surgical procedures.
- Staying informed on best practices in orthopedic and surgical procedures.
Job Requirements:
- CA RN License.
- AHA BLS certification.
- Minimum 2 years of inpatient OR experience.
- Strong background in orthopedic procedures.
- Ability to float to other facilities as needed.
- CNOR certification (preferred).
- Experience with the Epic charting system (preferred).
