About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract opportunity at Windward Gardens involves providing comprehensive care to patients in the facility. As a Registered Nurse (RN), duties include delivering compassionate and professional nursing care, administering medications, and supporting patients' health needs. The estimated base pay for these positions are $30.80 to $36.40 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create care plans tailored to each patient.
- Provide medication administration and monitor patient responses.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes in condition.
- Stay informed on best practices in patient care and current nursing research.
Job Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine.
- Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience in a healthcare facility.
