About the Opportunity:

Support staff and patients by answering phones, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with financial arrangements for treatment plans. The estimated base pay for these positions are $16.50 to $19.50 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge, smile, and greet patients upon arrival and dismissal.
- Respond to patient questions and concerns according to office policies.
- Answer telephones and schedule appointments.
- Maintain and confirm appointments, following up on no-shows or cancellations.
- Register patients on sign-in sheets and post charges and payments to accounts.
- Check voicemail daily and maintain a clean, friendly waiting area for patients.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience answering telephones.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Preferred experience in a dental, medical, or other healthcare office.
- Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO) preferred.
