About the Opportunity:
Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. This part-time contract position requires assisting patients in developing and restoring functional independence while adhering to state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $33.00 to $39.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement therapy interventions per Occupational Therapist plan of care.
- Document patient progress accurately and timely.
- Assist with patient and family education.
- Communicate patient status to supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Active state Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong teamwork and patient care skills.
