About the Opportunity:
Provide occupational therapy services to patients as part of a comprehensive rehabilitation program. This is a full-time contract position focusing on the delivery of treatment plans tailored to improve patient function and independence. Work closely with other healthcare professionals in a collaborative environment.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $26.40 to $31.20 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational assessments and create comprehensive care plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' abilities to perform daily activities.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate optimal patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary for best outcomes.
- Stay informed on current research and practices related to occupational therapy and rehabilitation.
Job Requirements:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment.
