About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients at a rehabilitation center in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. This is a full-time contract position. Deliver therapy to improve patients' independence in daily living skills, evaluate patients, and develop treatment and discharge plans.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $41.25 to $48.75 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and referrals.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
- Document services accurately and timely.
- Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
- Active state OT license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
