About the Opportunity:
The opportunity involves providing skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. Occupational therapists evaluate patients, develop treatment and discharge plans, and deliver therapy to improve independence in daily living skills. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $39.60 to $46.80 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient evaluations per physician orders/referrals.
- Developing and updating individualized treatment and discharge plans.
- Documenting services accurately and timely.
- Supervising COTAs per practice acts and facility policies.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
- Maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
- Active state OT license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
