About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations along with facility guidelines. Evaluate patients, develop treatment and discharge plans, and deliver therapy to enhance independence in daily living skills. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $44.00 to $52.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide occupational therapy treatments for enhancing patient skills.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately and timely.
- Stay informed on best practices and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
- Active state OT license or ability to obtain.
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
