About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position offers the opportunity for a Physical Therapist to provide expert rehabilitation services to patients in a supportive environment. The role involves assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $42.90 to $50.70 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized care plans.
- Provide physical therapy interventions to enhance patients' mobility and strength.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Stay informed on current physical therapy practices and research.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Physical Therapist license or certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
