About the Opportunity:
Provide physical therapy services to patients in a subacute/long-term care setting. Engage in a casemix of Acute Med A/HMO and LTC Med B patients. This role is a part-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $44.00 to $52.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical therapy assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide various types of therapy and patient education.
