About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. This part-time contract position involves patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $38.50 to $45.50 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
- Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
- Document services accurately and timely.
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
- Active state PT license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
