About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. Deliver direct therapy to restore function and mobility through patient evaluation and development of individualized treatment plans. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $39.60 to $46.80 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluation and create individualized care plans.
- Provide direct therapy to restore patient function and mobility.
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients appropriately.
- Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs according to practice acts.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
- Active state PT license or the ability to obtain one.
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
