About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines as a full-time contract physical therapist. Responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $49.50 to $58.50 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and create individualized care plans.
- Provide direct physical therapy to restore function and mobility.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs according to practice acts.
- Stay informed on compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
- Active state PT license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
