About the Opportunity:
Provide comprehensive physical therapy assistance to patients in a supportive and dynamic environment. This is a full-time contract position requiring dedication to improving patient outcomes through direct therapy.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $26.40 to $31.20 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting physical therapy assessments and creating care plans for patients.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and treatments according to the care plan.
- Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress on a regular basis.
- Stay informed on best practices and advancements in physical therapy.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant certification or degree.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
