About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled physical therapy services in acute care settings, following state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. Conduct patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility. This is a part-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $44.00 to $52.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient screenings, evaluations, and treatments.
- Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
- Document services accurately and timely.
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs as per practice acts.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
- Active state PT license or ability to obtain one.
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
