About the Opportunity:
This speech-language pathologist (SLP) role involves providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $53.90 to $63.70 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans for patients with communication disorders.
- Provide therapy to improve speech-language pathologies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress toward therapy goals.
- Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- State licensure or ability to obtain state licensure in Massachusetts.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
