About the Opportunity:
Provide speech-language pathology services to patients at the facility. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $53.90 to $63.70 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Provide targeted therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Stay informed on the latest research and practices within speech-language pathology.
Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- State licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Massachusetts.
- Minimum two years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
