About the Opportunity:
Join our team as an Occupational Therapist in a part-time contract position. Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients, assessing their needs, and developing personalized care plans. Deliver therapeutic interventions to enhance patient mobility and quality of life. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective treatment plans. The estimated base pay for these positions are $49.50 to $58.50 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans for patients.
- Provide occupational therapy sessions tailored to patient needs.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy.
Job Requirements:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
