HR Generalist

About the Opportunity

Our client is a prestigious financial services firm in Morris County, NJ that is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team! The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. This role will support various HR functions, including payroll, compensation, benefits administration, and recruitment. The firm offers a competitive salary, attractive benefits, and a pleasant and supportive environment.

The annual base salary range is $60,000 to $100,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative support functions as necessary for the HR team
  • Handle Benefits Administration
  • Process Payroll
  • Manage employee files
  • Build out performance management process
  • Develop compensation structure
  • Manage interview processes in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Assist with recruiting, scheduling, onboarding, and training meetings

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 2-5 years of HR experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, both in verbal and written interaction
