About the Opportunity:
The LPN in this full-time contract position provides essential care to patients, supporting their daily medical needs and ensuring quality healthcare delivery. The role involves administering medications, observing patient health, and assisting with medical procedures to maintain patient well-being.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $24.61 to $29.09 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient assessments and assisting in care plans.
- Providing medication administration and basic patient care.
- Collaborating with RNs and physicians to coordinate patient care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress.
- Staying informed on best practices in patient care.
Job Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Minimum of one year experience in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
