About the Opportunity
Our client, a reputable investment firm based in Manhattan, is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO. This role requires a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is adept at managing both business and personal responsibilities with discretion and precision.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing complex and ever-changing calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements and serving as a key point of contact by handling incoming calls and communications. This individual will also assist with personal scheduling and travel needs, as well as take on ad hoc projects as they arise. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience supporting C-suite executives, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and maintains the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail.
The annual base salary range is $160,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain complex executive’s calendars by scheduling, coordinating, and updating meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements including domestic and international airfare (both commercial and private), ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and dining reservations
- Answer phone calls, record messages, and transfer calls as needed
- Book personal appointments and travel as needed
- Ad hoc projects
Job Requirements
- A completed Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of EA/PA experience, supporting high profile executives
- Must have experience supporting C-Suite executive’s office
- Exhibits a high level of professionalism and hyper attention to detail
