About the Opportunity:
Provide occupational therapy services to patients, focusing on enhancing their daily living skills and independence. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $37.40 to $44.20 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Stay informed on best practices and advancements in occupational therapy.
Job Requirements:
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
