About the Opportunity:
This position involves delivering comprehensive speech therapy services to patients in a clinical setting. Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to improve communication and swallowing disorders. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $48.40 to $57.20 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and create personalized care plans.
- Provide targeted speech and language therapy.
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress effectively and accurately.
- Stay informed on advancements in speech-language pathology research and practice.
Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Minimum two years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
