About the Opportunity:
Join our team as a Cardiology Physician in an outpatient clinic setting. This full-time contract position focuses on delivering comprehensive cardiac care to adult patients. With a daily shift of 8 hours, you handle approximately 16 patients per day alongside a multidisciplinary team including Electrophysiologists, Interventionalists, Advanced Practice Clinicians, Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, Cardiac Sonographers, and Device Technicians. There are no on-call requirements and no rounding or admissions duties.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $207.96 to $245.77 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create care plans for cardiac patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress in the EPIC EMR system.
- Stay informed on cardiology research and best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Board certified in Cardiology.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting.
- Active Washington license preferred, with consideration for IMLC with LOQ in hand.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Experience with EPIC charting system.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirement.
