About the Opportunity:
The IT Analyst I/Supply Chain provides crucial support in the logistics and supply chain operations within the warehouse located in Parsippany, NJ. This full-time contract position involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting logistics, inventory, and procurement data to drive process improvements and support business decision-making. The IT Analyst collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to identify trends, measure operational effectiveness, forecast demand, and recommend data-driven solutions that enhance operational performance. Additionally, the role includes some warehouse supply chain duties such as lifting and receiving supplies up to 60lbs.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $33.00 to $39.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze logistics inventory procurement and operational data from multiple systems and sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards to monitor performance metrics.
- Analyze inventory levels and equipment utilization to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Support forecasting, demand planning, and resource allocation through data-driven analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and provide actionable insights.
- Configure and install new programs and modifications to existing systems.
- Document requirements and revise existing system logic as necessary.
- Provide technical customer support by monitoring production systems and responding quickly to user complaints.
- Create audits, logs, and analytic reports to identify problems and monitor system changes over time.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership and business partners through clear visualizations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- One to two years of related work experience
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience managing and supporting desktops in a large environment
- Knowledge in Operating Systems and Databases, such as Microsoft Office Suite, UNIX, Oracle, SQL
- Technical skills to lift up to 60lbs
