About the Opportunity
Our client, a community-focused health center in Brooklyn, is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician for a 24-hour workweek, no weekends, no on-call, and a manageable patient volume. This is a great opportunity for a new grad or experienced provider who wants meaningful, community-based primary care work without a full-time schedule.
The annual base salary range is $140,000 to $175,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to adult and adolescent patients
- Manage a steady, comfortable daily patient volume of patients
- Deliver high-quality, culturally responsive care in a community health setting
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients
- Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records
- Support continuity of care within a collaborative clinical team
Job Requirements
- Valid NY State medical licensure
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

- Wednesday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (24 hours/week)
- On-site position: no weekend coverage, no on-call requirement
