About the Opportunity
Our client, a community-focused health center in the Bronx, is seeking an HIV / Infectious Disease Provider to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care in HIV treatment, prevention, and broader infectious disease management.
The annual base salary range is $140,000 to $160,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver HIV prevention services, including PrEP and PEP, to at-risk patients
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with HIV and other infectious diseases
- Assess and treat sexually transmitted infections (STIs), viral hepatitis, and TB-related concerns
- Collaborate with primary care, nursing, behavioral health, pharmacy, and social work teams
- Support patient retention in care, treatment adherence, and viral suppression goals
- Partner with community organizations to improve access to timely infectious disease care
- Contribute to a mission of providing high-quality care to medically underserved populations
Job Requirements
- NP Licensed to work in New York
- Comfort managing HIV, STIs, viral hepatitis, and other ambulatory infectious conditions
- Strong collaborative skills across multidisciplinary care teams
- A genuine commitment to culturally responsive, patient-centered healthcare
