About the Opportunity
Our client is a law firm located in Manhattan looking for a Business Development Manager! In this role, you will support the firms business development, branding, and marking initiatives and act as a strategic advisor to practice group leadership. This opportunity is great for someone looking to make a large impact at a well-regarded firm.
The annual base salary range is $170,000 to $220,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop strategic business development and marketing plans including goals, action items, and deadlines. Advise and collaborate with partners, the Business Development, Marketing, and Communications teams, as well as other internal stakeholders in the development and execution of these plans
- Draft and prepare written proposals, pitches, and other communications to clients, prospective clients, and related third-party organizations
- Profile strategic prospects identify key individuals, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions
- Plan and oversee seminars, events, and other targeted marketing activities
- Drive attendance for webinars and arrange meetings for conferences
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years of business development experience at a law firm
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus +
