About the Opportunity
Our client within the healthcare industry is seeking a Marketing Director to spearhead its marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in crafting and executing marketing strategies. The role will sit in Brooklyn 5 days a week. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the mission of serving their community!
The annual base salary range is $90,000 to $130,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a team of marketing professionals
- Identify and lead marketing Initiatives
- Identify markets and opportunities
- Create and execute a marketing strategy
- Collect and test information to help leadership understand the specific needs of our customers
- Develop content and training programs for internal awareness and education on product
- Track and measure the effectiveness and impact of all marketing activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing
- Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and proven management skills
- Managerial experience is required**
- Health Care industry experience is highly preferred
- Organization skills, able to create & maintain project plans
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of social media
