About the Opportunity
Our client, a FinTech firm in Manhattan, is seeking a Chief of Staff to support members of the leadership team. This role oversees executive meeting preparation, committee coordination, and delivery of strategic reports. The Chief of Staff will manage critical communications, drive cross-functional projects, and analyze operational performance to enhance business outcomes.
Ideal candidates have a strong background in strategic roles within consulting, finance, or complex corporate environments, excel in project management and executive communications, bring sharp analytical thinking, and thrive in fast-paced, high-profile settings. This position follows a hybrid schedule.
The compensation range for this role is $180,000 to $200,000 (total comp). Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage leadership committee agendas, materials, and follow-up, ensuring alignment and timely execution
- Support governance forums focused on pricing, growth initiatives, and new business activities through planning and strategic recommendations
- Provide analytical insights, performance reporting, and business reviews to support executive decision-making
- Oversee executive communications, including dashboards, briefing materials, calendars, and leadership updates
- Prepare senior leadership meetings and executive presentations with a focus on clear outcomes and accountability
- Analyze operational performance, KPIs, and strategic priorities to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Help drive strategic projects, operational enhancements, and cross-functional execution
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategy, Operations, and/or Business Management role within consulting, finance, or similar environments within complex corporate settings
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and execute with precision
- Advanced presentation and reporting capabilities, including executive-level decks and business materials
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence supporting and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with experience translating data into practical business recommendations
- Highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
