About the Opportunity
Our client is a New York based medical facility who continues to revolutionize wellness care and proactive preventative medicine. They are looking for an experienced Clinical Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day services while contributing to an environment of clinical excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated patient/customer experience oriented individual. This role is essential to promoting professionalism, cooperation and respect for patients and staff, developing processes to maximize office resources and equipment, and anticipating the needs of patients and physician as they arise.
The annual base salary range is $100,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise staff
- Coordinate “white glove” patient care within the clinic
- Interact with patients to provide wonderful customer service
- Coordinate clinical flow with other departments
- Administer vaccines
- Be responsible for the oversight of administrative and operational functions
- Clinical Quality Control
- Prepare, oversee and manage schedules
- Act as a liaison between Physician and Medical Assistant
- Act as liaison between Scheduling and Clinic
- Act as a liaison with patients
Job Requirements
- Licensed RN in NY State (preferred but not required)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in the medical industry
- At least 3 years of progressive customer service experience
- Managerial experience a must
- Phlebotomy experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
