About the Opportunity
Our client is a prestigious e-commerce firm located in Midtown Manhattan and they are looking for an Accounts Payable professional to join their team. The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist will be an integral member of the growing team and will work closely with members of the team, as well as department managers and numerous outside vendors. The firm offers a great work life balance and is a fantastic opportunity to work with innovators in the technology driven e-commerce industry.
The annual base salary range is $50,000 to $60,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee allocation of invoices/expenses to the various funds and other inter-company charges
- Oversee the monthly processing of T&E
- Track and retain all paid invoices
- Assist with various accounting functions, ad-hoc requests, and projects as needed
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of professional AP experience
- Bachelor’s degree
