About the Opportunity:
The Physician position in Gastroenterology involves providing comprehensive care to patients within a hospital setting. This role includes performing all general and advanced gastroenterology procedures and managing patient care collaboratively within a team context. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $343.75 to $406.25 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting gastroenterological assessments and creating treatment plans.
- Providing advanced gastrointestinal procedures, including ERCP & EUS.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress within the EMR system.
- Staying informed on the latest research and practices in gastroenterology.
Job Requirements:
- Board Certification in Gastroenterology required.
- State license required; consideration for IMLC candidates.
- DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications required.
- Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred.
