About the Opportunity:
Join a dynamic healthcare team in a medical center providing exceptional care to both adult and pediatric patients in an inpatient setting. This full-time contract position requires skilled physicians capable of performing ortho trauma procedures within the scope of hospital and clinic privileges. Work involves patient rounding and admissions while managing an average of 2 hospital patients and 12-20 clinic patients per day.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $299.39 to $353.83 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create care plans for both adult and pediatric patients.
- Provide specialized care and treatments, particularly in ortho trauma.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress using EPIC EMR.
- Maintain clinical activity documentation for credentialing purposes.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a current Oregon state medical license at the time of application.
- Hold current BLS certification.
- Demonstrate recent experience with EPIC EMR, within the last six months.
- Prove active clinical services to 100 patients over the past 24 months.
