About the Opportunity:
Join a dedicated team providing expert cardiology care to adult patients in an outpatient setting. This full-time contract role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to address a wide range of cardiac issues. The position ensures no call requirements or hospital admissions, allowing a focus on clinic-based care. The estimated base pay for these positions is $210.14 to $248.35 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive cardiology assessments and create personalized care plans.
- Provide patient-centered education focusing on cardiac health and management.
- Collaborate with electrophysiologists, interventionalists, advanced practice clinicians, registered nurses, medical assistants, cardiac sonographers, and device technicians to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Monitor and document patient progress using the EPIC system.
- Stay informed on the latest cardiology research and practice developments.
Job Requirements:
- Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar outpatient cardiology setting.
- Washington state medical license preferred; open to IMLC with LOQ in hand.
- Proficiency in the EPIC electronic medical record system.
