About the Opportunity:
This contract opportunity involves providing comprehensive neurology services in both inpatient and outpatient settings at a community hospital. Responsibilities include conducting neurological evaluations, performing EEG and EMG procedures, and coordinating care for adult patients, averaging 16 per day. This part-time contract position includes rounding and admissions, requiring privileges in both clinic and hospital settings.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $184.80 to $218.40 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting neurological assessments and creating care plans.
- Performing EEG and EMG procedures as required.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress accurately.
- Staying informed on advancements in neurological research and practices.
Job Requirements:
- MD/DO with Neurology focus.
- WA License required at the time of present, IMLC considered.
- BLS & ACLS certifications.
- Experience using EPIC charting system.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting.
