About the Opportunity:
Provide exceptional outpatient behavioral health services to adult patients at a facility located in Longview, WA in a full-time contract position. Conduct assessment, treatment, and management of behavioral health needs, ensuring comprehensive care through both inpatient and outpatient settings. Manage patient caseloads independently, including admissions, discharges, and daily rounding.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $169.81 to $200.69 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop personalized care plans for patients.
- Provide psychotherapy and therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care management.
- Monitor and document patient progress using EMR, specifically EPIC.
Job Requirements:
- MD/DO with current WA license at presentation.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health settings.
- Proficiency with EPIC charting system.
