About the Opportunity:
The role as a Physician involves conducting comprehensive screenings and performing necessary procedures with a focus on breast radiology, while adhering strictly to MQSA standards. This full-time, onsite contract position requires managing a subspecialty case mix and achieving productivity targets. The position includes reading approximately 90 to 100 images per 8-hour shift and achieving 60 to 70 wRVUs within the same time frame.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $326.56 to $385.94 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create care plans focused on breast radiology.
- Provide precise and timely screenings and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress in Merge PACS and Meditech EMR systems.
Job Requirements:
- Board Certified in relevant medical fields.
- Proficiency in reading 90 to 100 images per shift, achieving 60 to 70 wRVUs.
- Skills in utilizing Merge PACS and performing with Fluency dictation.
- MQSA certification and experience in breast radiology required.
