About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position involves providing essential patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). You assist patients with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and help to maintain a comfortable and safe environment for those under your care. Additionally, you collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $15.13 to $17.88 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Provide compassionate support and companionship to patients.
- Help maintain cleanliness and orderliness in patient rooms.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Job Requirements:
- Current CNA certification.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work every other weekend and some holidays.
