About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a full-time contract position. Address patient needs effectively and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive care.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $26.40 to $31.20 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and assist in developing care plans.

Job Requirements:
- Possess a valid LPN license.
