About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated LPN to provide essential nursing care to patients in our facility. This is a full-time contract position where you play a crucial role in assisting healthcare professionals and ensuring high-quality patient care.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $24.89 to $29.41 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide basic nursing care and administer medications under supervision.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Stay informed on current nursing practices and protocols.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital setting.
