About the Opportunity:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform routine patient assessments. Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and adapt patient care plans in a supportive environment. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $26.26 to $31.04 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and care plan implementation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and condition changes.
- Stay informed on current nursing best practices and standards.
Job Requirements:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or long-term care setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
