About the Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a Resource RN to provide specialized patient care services, including direct bedside care, in a fast-paced hospital setting. This full-time contract position involves working collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $38.50 to $45.50 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans for patients.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medication and monitoring responses.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and specialists, to coordinate quality care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team.
- Stay informed on best practices and current research related to pediatric care.
Job Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably with pediatric patients.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
